The existing building area of the production workshop is about 1000m2, including four large equipment production lines and two small equipment production lines. The large equipment put into production include P300, R300, single-cell sorter and fluorescent sorter; Small equipment includes bacteria counter and household COVID-19 detector. The annual production can reach 30 large equipment and 100000 small equipment. The annual output value can reach about 90 million. The team not only has rich production experience, but also is familiar with the process requirements of the corresponding equipment. The entire production staff has the ability of optical, mechanical and electrical installation and adjustment. In 2019, it passed the ISO9000 system certification and obtained the ISO9001 certificate. The existing product system is strictly in accordance with the ISO9000 system.
